PuzzlePacket

Terms of Use

Effective October 18, 2026

These terms are the rules for using PuzzlePacket, a site operated by Binyamin Plotzker. By making an account or using the site, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

What PuzzlePacket is

PuzzlePacket lets you turn a word list into puzzles, print them with answer keys, and share them with students through a link. It’s new, and we’re still improving it, so features may change.

Your account

  • Accounts are for adults: teachers, parents, and other grown-ups. Children don’t make accounts.
  • Keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One account per teacher, up to 2 devices signed in at once.
  • Give a real email address so we can reach you about your account.

Using PuzzlePacket with students

  • You decide what your share link asks students for. Make sure you follow your school’s rules.
  • Only use the option that asks for an email with students aged 13 or older, and only where your school allows it.
  • Don’t put students’ personal information into word lists, clues, or the AI feature.

Your content

Your word lists and packets are yours. You let us store them and show them to the people you share them with, only so the site can work. Don’t add anything you don’t have the right to use, or anything hateful, harmful, or illegal.

AI suggestions

The AI feature suggests words and clues. It can get things wrong, so check its suggestions before you use them in class.

Free and Pro

  • The Free plan includes every Classic puzzle, one Game mode, printing, and student links.
  • New accounts get Pro free for 14 days, once per account. No card is needed. When the trial ends, the account goes back to Free, and nothing you made is deleted.
  • Pro costs $7.99 a month or $79.99 a year (US dollars), paid through Stripe. The price is shown before you pay.
  • Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year. Cancel anytime from My packets → Manage subscription; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and then the account goes back to Free.
  • Pro includes 300 AI credits every month from your plan date (the day of the month you went Pro); unused monthly credits don’t carry over. Pro uses 1 credit each time you tap Generate (a whole list, all its clues, or a translation). AI credit packs (Pro only) are one-time purchases; their credits don’t expire, are used after the monthly credits, and work while the account has Pro.
  • A Pro code may give Pro for a set time; when it ends, the account goes back to Free.
  • Questions about a charge? Email info@puzzlepacket.com.
